10 Years Younger star hosts Great Cut Off

10 Years Younger hairdresser set to host The Great Cut Off
Troy Thompson, the hairdresser of hit makeover show 10 Years Younger in 10 Days, shared with Dynamic Business magazine his amazing journey in the September issue, now he has announced a dramatic plan to raise money for cancer and give women around the country the makeover they deserve.
In partnership with the Look Good Feel Better Community Initiative – a national community service program dedicated to teaching women cancer patients how to help restore their appearance and self image during chemotherapy and radiation treatment – Thompson is set to host The Great Cut Off, where 100 women will be offered free haircuts from Troy and his team and the collected hair will be donated to wig manufacturers.
Companies are also being invited to do their bit and donate some money to help fund the wig making.
According to Thompson, it’s all part of the plan to help women suffering with cancer feel beautiful within themselves.
“With this amazing cause at the backbone of this campaign, there is really no excuse not to jump on board,” he said.
The Great Cut off will take place at the Troy Thompson Salon in Rose Bay on Monday 28 September from 11am to 3pm.
