TNS Australia has been recognised as the leading organisation for equal opportunity after being awarded the EOWA Employer of Choice for Women award.
TNS was noted for it’s improvement in the outcomes for women, most notably a high female representation on the national Leadership Team.
Close to 80 percent of TNS’ national Leadership Team are female, an accomplishment that is almost double the average of female managers among 2009 Employer of Choice for Women organisations, according to TNS people and culture director for Australia and New Zealand, Nicole Green.
“We believe the remarkably high representation of women amongst our Leadership Team is a result of equal opportunity initiatives we have implemented to attract and retain top women in recent years.”
