Via an online survey, the ACCC is seeking feedback on their online recall publications and reporting tools.
The feedback will be used to improve recall and notification procedures, as well as streamline the process of recalling a product.
Interested business owners are invited to visit the ACCC website to complete the survey, as well as read the latest set of guidelines on how to recall one of your products.
