Applications open for NSW WorkCover program
Applications are now open for WorkCover’s 2009 mentor program for small businesses.
The free program provides small businesses with advice and practical assistance on occupational health and safety, workers compensation and injury management practices from a large business (mentor) in the same industry.
The program is open to small businesses in the construction, manufacturing, retail, consumer services, transport, community services and agriculture industries.
Places are limited with only 120 small business spots available. Expressions of interests are also being sought from large companies to mentor small businesses.
