Branson says downturn ‘best time to make money’
Virgin King Richard Branson is once again sprouting his words of wisdom across the globe, urging people that now is the best time to make money.
Sir Richard, a self-made millionaire, said the economic downturn is a great time for entrepreneurs to start-up a business and they should see it as an opportunity as opposed to the threat.
“Fortunes are made out of recessions. A lot of entrepreneurs get going in the economic depths because the barriers to entry are lower,” he said.
He has also put the hard word into the banks urging business to speak up if they are being treated badly by their bank.
