CBA puts spotlight on women in business

The Commonwealth Bank has launched a new program designed specifically to support women in business, called Women in Focus.

The program will focus on delivering business coaching to women to assist them in taking their business or career to the next level. 

According to the head of Women in Focus, Ms Gail Hackett, women play an integral role in Australian business, and the Commonwealth Bank is committed to offering innovative new services tailored to their unique needs.

“Women are a key contributor to the business market and a major source of competitive advantage and ideas,” she said. “This new program will offer a range of new and innovative services designed to provide women with the up-to-date knowledge, relationships and support they need to identify and achieve their goals.”

The program provides four levels of service which will include: introductory sessions, seminar series, workshops and one-on-one business coaching.
