Revolution IT buys Adelaide’s Independent Test Services
Revolution IT, today announced their acquisition of the Adelaide based specialist software testing firm Independent Test Services Pty Ltd.
Revolution IT’s Director Mr Jamie Duffield said “We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Adelaide’s oldest and most established software testing consultancy.”
“Acquiring Independent Test Services allows us to further expand our offering into South Australia and complements our existing products and services,” Mr Duffield said.
This acquisition is Revolution IT’s third in less than three years.
“We are fully committed to continue our growth and expand our portfolio of offerings through further acquisitions and aggressive strategic hiring. With its market leading capability, Revolution IT is uniquely positioned to maximise benefits for all current and future customers” Mr Duffield stated.
Peter Hanlon from Independent Test Services is equally excited about his organisation becoming part of Revolution IT and the opportunities that would be created for both his staff and clients.
“With over 10 years experience providing software testing consulting to the Adelaide market, the opportunity for growth presented by Revolution IT was very appealing. I believe the acquisition of Independent Test Services will further enhance Revolution IT’s reputation as Australia’s leading application quality management company”, Mr Hanlon said.
The brand of Independent Test Services will be gradually retired with all clients and staff joining Revolution IT’s operations.
