Servcorp takes virtual office offering to America

Australian company Servcorp has serious growth ambitions, with approximately 50 new office openings on the horizon. Over the next 12 months, Servcorp is opening new doors in Australia, USA, Europe, Japan, Asia, Middle East and India.

Most notably, Servcorp is taking on the business capital of the world and opening over 10 new offices on American shores for the very first time. Entering into an already established, mature market is a brave and bold move for the Australian based company, but one that they identify as having a wealth of potential.

Marcus Moufarrige, Chief Information Officer and General Manager for South East Asia, Servcorp comments “It may come as a surprise for some that we’re only now setting our sights on the US market, but what’s equally as surprising is that America doesn’t currently offer anything comparable to our serviced and virtual office products.”

Unlike its rivals, Servcorp has meticulously planned its opening plan to ensure it continues to offer a premium service and outlook to its clients by opening just one site at a time.  Whilst the expansion clearly comes at a time when property markets are still reeling, the real key to the ambitious plan lies in Servcorp’s IT and communications infrastructure which creates a truly global network beyond the physical realms of the offices. A fully-converged in-house IT infrastructure is still merely a pipe dream for the bulk of other providers in the industry, so Servcorp is keen to strike while the iron is hot.

Marcus Moufarrige continues, “We’re not afraid to admit we’re implementing an aggressive roll out plan and that we’re probably going to rustle a few feathers in the process. We’ve invested a substantial amount of time and money researching our new locations and confidently believe we’re tapping into markets that have yet to be exhausted. It’s an exciting time for Servcorp and our clients alike.”

  • America doesn\’t offer anything comparable to Servcorp\’s products? Well one can see that Marcus is maintaining the family tradition of hypebole and over statement. It will be interesting to see if Servcorp makes any impact in the competitive markets in the US and Europe.

  • ramesh says:

it is good to open an office at USA.

servcorp is a good servicing company

  • Rakhal says:

I have been client in many different business centers of which Servcorp. And without any doubt I can say that Servcorp offers the best service! their team is just perfect. I totally understand what Marcus Moufarigge says. Yes there are other business centers in US market but not at their level I guess.

  • Hi Jonathon

I got this from an independent party looking to potentially be part of our expansion into the US…
It’s not all hyperbole you should do some dd too!!

“I understand you may be interested in launching a New York operation? After a year of research and analysis during 2007 I recommended against opening at that time. I stayed in New York and I have all the information and due diligence up to date ready to go. My contacts are vetted, aware of the level of quality and sophistication required for a brand never seen or experienced in the USA.
I have been very close to the operators here in the USA, thus far I have been impressed by none. The Yanks do not know what they are doing.”

Servcorp punches well above it’s weight in all markets we operate in …that is all we expect from the US. : )

  • Evan says:

James Greenhalgh thinks Servcorp have bitten off more than they can chew. (Intelligent Investor) It is definately reflected in the half yearly results and share price slump. Marcus may talk up recent moves into well established Serviced Office areas such as London, but only time will tell.

I find this comment interesting as well:

\”It’s not all hyperbole you should do some dd too!!\”

So Marcus, are you admitting that at least some of it, is hyperbole?

  • I am understanding you clearly about the office, social media bit. Thanks for sharing your experience. Glad your feeling better.

  • Given the size of the US and European markets, I would expect that Servcorp will do very well. They understand their market well, it’s just a matter of time before they get a strong foothold in the US and Europe.

  • I think Servcorp is doing a great job its nice to have a lot of offices and opening in all over the world.surely this is much appreciated project i wish that it should get success within a year.

  • ServCorp is doing a fine job because the openings are mass and cool this type of ideas should be spread all over the world
