SMEs struggle with managing costs
More than one-third of Australia’s small to medium enterprises (SMEs) believe managing costs will be their biggest issue in 2010, according to the latest survey from Optus.
Customer research conducted by Optus and released today, found three key issues facing Australian SMEs over the coming months: controlling costs (38 percent), business expansion (32 percent) and reducing time spent on administration (16 percent).
According to Rohan Ganeson, small and medium business managing director at Optus, small businesses can often struggle with managing costs. He recommends that if they combine their communications they will be able to better manage operations and will benefit from significant cost savings, while at the same time being able to spend more time with customers and focus on achieving business goals.
