X premium subscribers get access to AI Chatbot Grok

Following the decision by Elon Musk’s xAI to open source its Grok large language model earlier in March, subscribers of the X platform will soon have access to the Grok chatbot, regardless of subscription tier. Musk revealed on X that Grok will become available to Premium subscribers this week, expanding access beyond the previous limitation to Premium+ subscribers. Grok stands out among AI chatbots for its capability to address topics typically avoided by other chatbots, including conspiracies and controversial political ideas.
